MEATINGS Barbecue and BBQwithDREW are teaming up for our 3rd edition BBQ 101 Class; ALL THINGS RIBS!

This class of BBQ 101 will have info for beginners through to advanced. We will cover ALL THINGS RIBS, from choosing your meat, types of cookers, rubs, sauces, injections, cooking timelines… that smoke ring and that fall off the bone BBQ that everyone wants at home!

Each participant receives:
1/3 rack of side ribs and back ribs to eat along with cornbread, slaw, pickles

Meatings maple barbecue sauce
